Product suitability

Mayonnaise is a stable emulsion of oil and egg yolk. The product is preserved thanks to a low ph factor so there are no  preservatives

The product is suitable for all but infants, young children or people allergic to any of the ingredients specified on the label. It is a ready made sauce used with various salads, meat or dishes with eggs.

Ingredients

Refined vegetable oil , water, dried egg yolk powder, mustard (white vinegar 10%, yellow charlock mustard powder, herb extract), sugar, emulsifiers (guar and xanthan gum.

Packaging

The product is packaged in buckets, bags and barrels of various capacities.


Shelf life

4 months from date of manufacture
